I love reading 'about' pages. It's the first thing I read when I'm checking out a new blog.
I was born in Auckland, NZ, 1975. Moved to the land of white shoes and gold necklaces (Gold Coast, Australia) when I was 13. Escaped to Uni in Brisbane (I thought it was such a big city), and then on to Sydneytown for an (as yet unfinished) Phd.
Somewhere along the way I had 2 lovely children (Max and Lola), moved to Switzerland and got married (not necessarily in that order). Now contemplating Swiss citizenship and a career that is flexible enough to accommodate the archaic swiss education system, I'm living and loving life in Europe, with no intentions of returning to Australia in the near future.
