Shoes on fallen leaves


Shoes on fallen leaves, originally uploaded by kitschenette.

We visited Berlin over the weekend, and I loved it. It is an amazing city (except for the wasps).

At the Jewish Museum on Saturday: the 'Fallen Leaves installation. Visitors are encouraged to walk on the thick metal 'leaves', which emit a spooky clanking sound in the narrow, claustrophobic concrete space.
