Mmmm, yummy. They look delicious. I love peaches. This is a great idea for a light desert. I'm gonna try it with apples cause there are no good peaches left.
Last summer, I cooked peaches with ginger, currant, cinnamon, carnation, black pepper, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, a little bit of brown sugar and onion to make a salad sauce. The taste was really interesting, it was like an east asian taste. I loved it. A sour, salty, sweet paech recipe from me. I hope you like it.
