Beautiful picture!!! I love roasted veggies...did you just put some olive oil on them??

I drizzled them with olive oil and a balsamic vinegar, tossed 'em around with a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper, and bunged it all into the oven. So so good, an old favourite, so simple. It's worth it for the delicious wafts of smell alone!
