That cake looks scrumptious! If it's made with yogurt, does that make it at least slightly lower in carbs and fat? Please say yes...I'm desperately seeking good low fat, low carb dessert recipes.

umm....there's quite a bit of butter in it (125g) and 1 cup of flour so perhaps not really low fat or carb, sorry!

do nuts count as carbs? if not, then i have an awesome orange and almond cake recipe which has no flour and no butter - it has almond meal and LOTS of eggs to hold it all together. i'll post it when i get the chance, it's delicious.

Thank you for the divine recipe. I made my cake with (frozen) blueberries and a few raspberries and my 2 kids and I ate it on a cold and rainy Melbourne afternoon for dinner.
