It's green inside, and stinky. You eat it (if you dare) with boiled potatoes and other cheeses, for a peculiarly Swiss meal called 'Gschwelti' (I think that's how you spell it).

Hey, an expat in Switzerland blogger! I'm super amused to have found you and have been happily enjoying your posts for the better part of my post-coffee, pre-breakfast morning. I lived in Switzerland for 3 years, but in Geneva, which always struck me as less truly Swiss than where you are right now. I look forward to checking you out regularly; Yay for swiss expats!
