Mash some chopped herbs, crushed garlic and sea salt flakes into softened butter. Spread onto crispy good bread for garlic bread, or place a spoonful into the hollows of big field mushrooms before grilling, or a dab onto a big ol' piece of moo moo.

As if butter isn't good enough :) This would make the best garlic bread ever! And the photo is so pretty too :)
